AMICIA de RUNES. Amicia's 15 years is a strong and independent girl, whom the father taught all the tricks of hunting. She had hardly seen her younger brother before, but soon they would have to trust each other with their lives.
HUGO de RUNES. Five-year-old Hugo is sick with an unknown disease, because of which he spent almost all his childhood in four walls. He knows nothing about the world around him except that even the horrors of the plague frighten him less than life locked up.
INQUISITION. While the land of France ravaged by the plague and war, the Inquisition is chasing the children of the family de Rune - no one knows why. Amicia and Hugo do not have the strength to defeat the huge knights in open combat, so the children will need all their skill to escape from his pursuers.
